How RemakeFlow works

RemakeFlow is an iPhone app that turns a short-form video you like into a personalized, shot-by-shot plan for your own content and guides you through recording it.

In short

You find a short video that works. RemakeFlow works out why it works and writes your own version of it, for your niche or your product, shot by shot. Then it walks you through filming that version one scene at a time and puts the finished video together on your iPhone, with captions, ready to post.

  1. Import. Share a TikTok, Reel or Short to RemakeFlow, paste its link, or pick a video from Photos.
  2. Analyze. RemakeFlow breaks the original down into its structure.
  3. Adapt. It rewrites that structure for you, using your creator profile and, if you add one, your product.
  4. Shot plan. You get your version as a scene-by-scene plan.
  5. Guided recording. You film one scene at a time, with your line on a teleprompter.
  6. Assemble. The app cuts your takes together and adds captions, on your iPhone.
  7. Export. You save the 9:16 video to Photos or share it, with a caption ready to paste into your post.

What RemakeFlow analyzes

The Why it worked screen: the original's hook, its structure and its visual pattern.
Why it worked: the original, broken down.

An imported video is analyzed by a third-party AI model that takes in both its picture and its sound. RemakeFlow looks at how the video is built, not at who made it:

  • Hook: how the first seconds grab attention, such as a bold claim, a question or a point-of-view opener.
  • Format and structure: the beats the video moves through, for example hook, demo, reveal and call to action.
  • Scenes: what each part shows and how long it lasts.
  • Shot types: talking to camera, product close-ups, b-roll, and which camera each needs.
  • Visual pattern and pacing: what alternates on screen, when the first cut comes, and how often the shot changes.
  • On-screen text and call to action: how text is used, and what the video asks viewers to do.

The app shows the stages it is actually working through: getting the video ready, breaking down the original, and writing your version. You can open the breakdown any time under Why it worked.

What you get: your version

A scene in the plan: the shot to film, the line to say, the on-screen text and the target length.
Your version: every scene spelled out.

RemakeFlow writes a new video that follows the same structure, for your niche or your product:

  • Three hook options: a safe one, a bold one and a natural one. You choose your opening, and you can switch later.
  • A scene plan: the scenes in order, each with the shot to film, which camera to use and how to frame it.
  • Your lines: what to say in each scene, written in your voice. Some scenes have no lines.
  • Directions: short tips for each scene, and the text to put on screen.
  • Target durations: how long each scene should run, so the pacing matches the original.
  • For your post: a caption and hashtags you can copy when you share.

What changes, and what stays

The structure stays: the type of hook, the order of the beats, the shot types and the pacing. Everything else changes: the topic becomes yours, the product becomes yours, and the words are written new in your tone. RemakeFlow reuses how a video is built, never its script.

How guided recording works

Guided recording, scene 1 of 3: the line on the teleprompter, the shot described below it, and the target length next to the record button.
Recording: one scene at a time.

You never have to film the whole video in one go. The recording screen shows one scene at a time:

  • Your line on the teleprompter at the top of the screen, close to the lens. You can turn it off.
  • The shot in one sentence, with tips such as where to stand or what to keep in the background.
  • The target length, next to the record button. Hold to record, or tap to start and stop.
  • The front or the back camera, whichever the scene needs. For a scene without lines you can also add a clip from Photos.

After each take you keep it or redo it, then move on to the next scene. When every scene has a take, RemakeFlow cuts them together and times the captions to what you said, using Apple’s speech recognition on your iPhone. If your words can’t be picked up clearly, the captions follow your script instead.

What RemakeFlow never does

  • It never copies the original’s script. Your version reuses the structure, not the words.
  • It never generates video. RemakeFlow is not an AI video generator: you film every shot yourself.
  • It never uploads your recordings. Takes, captions and the finished video stay on your iPhone.
  • It never keeps the video you import. It is deleted from our servers within 24 hours of the analysis, and the app doesn’t let you save or share it.

It is also not a video editor with a timeline, not a social media scheduler, and not a general script writer. It does one job: turning a video you like into your own, filmed version.

Where your data goes

There is no account and no sign-up. Before your first import, the app asks for your consent to send the video, and the creator and product details you enter, to a third-party AI provider. Your recordings never leave your phone. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.

What it costs

  • Your first full remake is free, and you see it before any paywall.
  • After that, RemakeFlow Pro is $7.99 a week or $49.99 a year. There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple Account settings.
  • Pro includes up to 10 new remakes in any 24 hours. Switching a hook or regenerating a plan doesn’t count.

Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows your local price. Details are in the Terms of Use.

What you need

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Importing from TikTok and Instagram links is experimental and can fail; importing the video from Photos is the fallback.
