Something not working, or a question about your subscription? Email us and a person will read it and reply.
How do I restore my purchase?
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, start a new remake. When the subscription screen appears, tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with. Once it’s restored, the remake you started carries on.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose RemakeFlow and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete a remake?
Go to Library, tap the … button next to the remake (or touch and hold it), choose Delete, then Delete Remake. Its plan, its breakdown and your recording progress are removed from this iPhone and from our servers. This can’t be undone. If you’re offline, the app deletes it on our servers the next time you open it. Videos you already saved to Photos stay in Photos.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Profile and tap Delete My Data, then Delete Everything. Your profile, your remakes and their recording progress are removed from your iPhone and from our servers, and the app starts over. This can’t be undone. You can also email [email protected] to ask us to delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
Why is there a daily limit?
Every new remake runs an AI analysis and writing step that costs us money each time. To keep the app fast and fair for everyone, each install can start up to 10 new remakes in any 24 hours. Switching a hook or regenerating a plan doesn’t count. If you reach the limit, the app tells you roughly how long to wait.
Some kinds of links also have their own, lower daily limit. If you hit it, import a copy of the video from Photos instead, or try again the next day.
An import didn’t work. What can I do?
Importing TikTok and Instagram links is experimental, and those platforms sometimes block it. If you have the video in Photos, import it from there instead. If it still fails, email us and tell us roughly when it happened.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
RemakeFlow isn’t on the App Store yet. When it is, the button on this site becomes a link to download it. There is no waitlist and no sign-up.
